This website is owned and operated by Simcuro, a business name registered in the Republic of Ireland. Unless otherwise specified, all materials on this website are the property of Simcuro and are protected by the copyright laws of Ireland and by international copyright laws. You may, view, print and/or download one copy of the materials from this website on any single computer solely for your personal, informational, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights in the printed or downloaded materials. No materials published by Simcuro on this website, in whole or in part, may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without prior written permission from Simcuro. Return of Your Data
Upon request by you made within 30 days after the effective date of termination of a purchased services subscription, we will make available to you for download a file of your data in comma separated value (.csv) format.  After such 30-day period, we shall have no obligation to maintain or provide any of your data and shall thereafter, unless legally prohibited, delete all of your data in our systems or otherwise in our possession or under our control.
